Fergus Falls Man Charged in Vehicle Break-In

Fergus Falls (trfnews.i234.me) – Tony Maruna of Fergus Falls is facing felony criminal charges after being accused of stealing electronics from a vehicle on November 29th.

According to court documents, police were called to the 1600 block of Patterson Loop in Fergus Falls after receiving a report of a vehicle break-in. The victim reported that items worth $1,850, including a radio, GPS, and other electronics, had been stolen.

Maruna was reportedly seen getting into another vehicle and driving away from the scene. The following day, he was located with some of the stolen items in his possession.

As a result of the investigation, Maruna is now charged with felony theft, felony receiving stolen property, and a misdemeanor charge of tampering with a motor vehicle. The case is still under investigation, and authorities expect more updates as the legal proceedings unfold.
