Pennington County, MN (trfnews.i234.me)—On December 18, at 10:50 a.m., the Pennington County Sheriff’s Office responded to a single-vehicle accident near the intersection of Center Street West and Pembina Trail Northwest in Thief River Falls, Minnesota. The driver, Carlos Vilchez Bustos of Lake Worth Beach, Florida, was operating a FedEx truck eastbound on Center Street West when he lost control due to icy road conditions. The vehicle entered a ditch and rolled onto its passenger side. No injuries were reported.
