You don't charge an car dealership with murder everytime someone dies in a car wreck Selling drugs is no different than selling anything else. Charge her for selling the illegal substance but murder opens up any transaction to the risk of being held responsible for some else's right to buy whatever they want.
Seems like because of this charge more deaths will occur cause no one is gonna want to call for help with a od if they are just getting thrown in jail for murder if it was me who died from a od I sure as hell wouldn't want the person that I bought it from be getting a screwed up charge guess it's time to go back to thrown them in a ally somewhere
