Fargo Woman Faces Multiple Charges After Moving Deceased Man's Body and Stealing from Him

FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – In a disturbing case out of Fargo, Terri Nesemeier has been charged with several crimes after allegedly moving the body of a deceased man, Jeff Siemienieski, into his apartment and then stealing from him. Nesemeier, who was helping Siemienieski move into his apartment, is facing charges including two counts of theft of property, preventing arrest, willful disturbance of a dead body, possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to report a death.

According to court records, surveillance video from August 3rd shows Siemienieski and Nesemeier entering and leaving his apartment as he was moving in. At approximately 7:55 p.m., Siemienieski collapsed in the doorway of his apartment, with part of his body inside and his head in the hallway. Nesemeier is seen pulling Siemienieski’s body fully into the apartment without checking his condition. Over the next 30 minutes, she is seen taking several items, including Siemienieski’s hat and sunglasses, before leaving the apartment multiple times using his key. By August 5th, she had removed several bags of items from the apartment. Siemienieski’s wallet, which was found empty, along with other personal belongings, were later discovered in Nesemeier’s residence.
