According to the complaint, the stop happened on April 25, 2026.
A state trooper was sent to look for a red Ford Edge with North Dakota plates.
The report said the driver may be impaired. It also said the vehicle may have been taken without permission.
While checking County Road 39, the trooper saw a vehicle moving fast.
The vehicle was clocked at 92 mph in a posted 55 mph zone.
A traffic stop was then made.

The complaint says her speech was slurred.
Overboe allegedly said she could not find her wallet or license.
She later said she thought she was driving 60 mph in a 65 mph zone.
Authorities identified her as Kristin Angela Overboe Buchholz.
The complaint says she later stated she is divorced and uses Overboe.
Officials said she had a valid North Dakota license.
However, the complaint says her Minnesota driving status was revoked.
Breath Test And Prior Incident
The complaint says field sobriety testing was limited by a walking boot.
Overboe had a broken ankle, according to court records.
A preliminary breath test allegedly showed 0.21.
A later breath test allegedly showed a BAC of 0.19.
That test was recorded on April 26, 2026, shortly after midnight.
