Neil Adam mcginness of Fargo has been charged with felony burglary according to court documents in February uh 25th an officer responded to a report of a burglary at 412 5th Street North uh it was reported a door had been forced open and there was surveillance video of a uh bald white male walking out of the door he had entered with a green and black power washer and a uh miter saw the items valued at $400 each mcginness now charged with felony burglary I’m Neil Berg reporting for in trfnews.i234.me
