FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Fargo police have identified 34-year-old Leo Dartoe as the primary suspect in the Friday afternoon homicide that occurred at 2202 12th Avenue South. The victim, 35-year-old Samson Bleh, was fatally shot in the chest during the incident.
While one person of interest was detained near The Arbors, authorities confirm that Dartoe remains at large. Fargo police are urging the public to stay vigilant and avoid approaching Dartoe if spotted. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is advised to call 911 immediately.
