Fargo Man, Jabez Beyan, Arrested for Drug Trafficking After Traffic Stop in West Fargo

West Fargo, North Dakota – Jabez Beyan is facing multiple felony drug charges after police discovered meth and 17 baggies of cocaine during a late-night traffic stop on February 10, 2025.

Traffic Stop & Drug Seizure:

According to court documents:

  • At 11:28 p.m., officers pulled over Beyan’s vehicle in West Fargo for driving without headlights.
  • The officer smelled marijuana, leading to a search of the vehicle.
  • Inside, officers found two baggies of suspected meth and 17 baggies of suspected cocaine.
  • When confronted, Beyan allegedly stated: “I’m not going to lie, cuz I do it.”

Charges Against Beyan:

Beyan is now charged with three felonies:

  1. Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine
  2. Possession of Methamphetamine
  3. Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Potential Legal Consequences:

A possession with intent to deliver conviction in North Dakota can result in:

  • Up to 20 years in prison
  • Fines up to $20,000

Meth possession and drug paraphernalia charges carry additional prison time and fines.
