Allegations from the female victim claim that Wetch raped her at a Fargo motel. According to court records, the investigation commenced after the female victim, already in jail, reported overdosing and awakening in Wetch’s Fargo garage back in January. Wetch then arranged for her to stay at a Fargo motel. The victim recounted losing consciousness on a bed with Wetch kneeling over her, her hands bound together, and her pants pulled down. Upon regaining consciousness, she found Wetch engaged in sexual activity with her and demanded he stop, to no avail. Wetch now faces charges of gross sexual imposition, possession of meth, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
