McClarren has been charged with two felonies: criminal vehicular operation causing substantial bodily harm and leaving the scene of an accident. Additionally, he faces misdemeanors for driving under the influence (DWI), driving while impaired, and reckless driving.
The gravity of the situation underscores the importance of responsible driving behavior, particularly in hazardous weather conditions, to prevent such unfortunate incidents.
