Fargo Man Arrested for Terrorizing After Alleged Rifle Display

FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A Fargo man finds himself in police custody following reports of a menacing display atop a downtown parking ramp.

Fargo Police responded swiftly to a distress call at around 9:35 p.m. on Monday, April 1. A concerned citizen alerted authorities, claiming to have witnessed an individual brandishing a rifle on the rooftop of a parking structure located in the 400 block of Broadway N.

Upon arrival, law enforcement established a perimeter around the site and apprehended the suspect. Subsequent investigations revealed that the weapons in question were, in fact, BB replicas, resembling genuine firearms.

Authorities identified the individual as 23-year-old Tyson Oka, who now faces charges of terrorizing. Oka was promptly taken into custody and booked at Cass County Jail.

A thorough sweep of the area ensued, yet no additional suspects were found. Fargo Police assert that inquiries into the incident persist, although there is presently no discernible threat to public safety.
