Fargo, Cass County, ND (trfnews.i234.me) — In a coordinated operation on Tuesday, May 6, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Border Patrol agents from the Grand Forks Sector arrested seven men in Fargo, North Dakota. The individuals, all Mexican nationals aged between 21 and 60, were taken into custody during a traffic stop described as a “targeted operation.”
David Marcus, a Border Patrol Agent with the Grand Forks Sector, stated that those arrested are considered public safety risks. The men were processed and transferred to Enforcement and Removal Operations for further action.
Initially, eight individuals were detained during the operation. However, one person was released after authorities determined he was in the country legally.
