The Fargo location is at 2377 South University Drive.
The Grand Forks location is at 4641 South Washington Street.
The closures are part of a larger Starbucks restructuring across North America.
About 250 Starbucks Stores Are Closing
Starbucks says approximately 250 coffeehouses will close under its latest review.
The company operates more than 18,000 coffeehouses across North America.
The closures represent about one percent of those locations.
Starbucks reviewed stores based on financial performance and the experience offered to customers and workers.
The company said some locations did not meet its expectations.
The closures are part of the company’s “Back to Starbucks” strategy.

Fargo and Grand Forks Stores Affected
The Fargo store is located along South University Drive near 25th Avenue.
The Grand Forks store is located along South Washington Street near 47th Avenue.
Both locations appeared on national lists tracking the latest Starbucks closures.
Customers may notice updated hours and closure notices through the Starbucks mobile app.
Starbucks has not released a public map showing every closing location.
Customers can find nearby stores through the Starbucks store locator.
Workers May Receive Transfers
Starbucks says affected workers will receive support during the transition.
The company plans to offer transfers to nearby stores when positions are available.
Workers who cannot be transferred may receive severance support.
The company has not announced individual staffing plans for the two North Dakota stores.
Starbucks expects most of the announced closures to be completed by the end of fiscal 2026.
The company expects about $300 million in restructuring costs from the broader plan.
The closures come as Starbucks continues opening and renovating other stores across North America.
