FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A Fargo resident, Jens R. Tinjum, is currently confronting criminal charges following an incident where he purportedly evaded a traffic stop and subsequently collided with another vehicle. According to court records, Tinjum allegedly disregarded a stop sign, prompting a pursuit by a Cass County Deputy.
The deputy reportedly observed Tinjum traveling at a speed of 72 mph in Fargo before fleeing the scene. The pursuit concluded with a crash involving another vehicle near the intersection of 37th Avenue South and 18th Street.
Fortunately, the driver of the other vehicle emerged unharmed, having just parked and exited her vehicle when the collision occurred. Tinjum now faces charges including reckless endangerment, fleeing a peace officer, and DUI.
