Exhibition Driving Leads to Stolen Vehicle Recovery and Felony Charges for Fargo Man

MOORHEAD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – According to court documents, an incident of exhibition driving in Moorhead, Minnesota, resulted in the recovery of a stolen vehicle. On April 18th, a keen-eyed Moorhead officer observed a truck performing burnouts with smoke billowing from its rear. This prompted the officer to pull over the driver, identified as Shaynne A. Normandin of Fargo.

Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the truck had been reported stolen in Fargo. Additionally, Normandin was allegedly found in possession of methamphetamine at the time of the stop.

As a consequence, Normandin is facing felony charges, including receiving stolen property and possession of drugs with previous convictions.
