we had a slow pursuit through downtown grand forks around a quarter after 11 monday night um female driver went through a construction zone hit a sign and refused to stop uh went through downtown on university and up north 3rd street where officers used a pit maneuver with the car winding up stuck in a snow bank and a female driver arrested more details when formal charges are filed today but she’s being held on pending charges of dui fleeing and driving under suspension i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
