an early Tuesday morning fire destroyed in East Grand Forks mobile home no injuries this in from the East Grand Forks fire department today 209 a.m they were dispatched to a report of a mobile home fire at 109 Venus Drive Northeast upon arrival Crews found a mobile home 50 percent engulfed in flames I seen two big tanker trucks coming towards uh blocking my house from maybe the possible gas main exploding so I decided to grab my dogs wake up my life and my grandson and we all decided to walk about a half a block away and sit and watch so all occupants were out of the residence Crews deployed hand lines it had the fire under control within an hour it was determined that an improperly discarded smoking materials were the cause of the fire the home was considered a total loss with an estimated value of thirty thousand dollars and no reported injuries I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
