EXCLUSIVE: Dogs Rescued From Hurricane Harvey in Texas Find New Home in Grand Forks

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Dogs rescued from Hurricane Harvey in Texas have arrived at the Circle of Friends Humane Society in Grand Forks. The dogs are NOT available for viewing or adoption yet. Officials say they’ll make an announcement on their facebook page later this week.
two teams driving two vans returned to Grand Forks today after rescuing 21 dogs from pounds in flood-ravaged Texas the dogs were removed from the pounds to make room for hundreds of pets that were abandoned during the flooding he was alongside Dairy Queen the locals said that he it was abandoned by his owners there was another dog that was shot so what time was that Elmont down in the flood area yes well Trevor and I met up and we took a van down to meet Melissa and bring some of the dogs back up here take take a little bit of a load off her and help bring some of them back to make sure they’re out of the way and make room for more the hurricane Harvey dogs the circle of friends Humane Society officials say that dogs are not ready for public viewing or adoption yet they’ll make an announcement later this week yep they’ve arrived or getting them settled in they’re all going to be checked over fire vet and they won’t be available for the public to see probably until midweek we will post it on Facebook and make a public announcement but right now we’re just our main focus as the dogs and making letting them decompress they’ve been through a lot it’s really devastating situation down there so we just want to focus on making them feel just relaxed and calm and safe and healthy in Grand Forks I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
