the 33 year old Robert maneras jr. was arrested at the East Grand Forks Fairfield Inn following a tip to police that drugs were being sold from a room in the motel maneras has been charged with two felony counts for the alleged possession and sale of meth he also faces two misdemeanor charges of theft and defrauding an innkeeper related to property and unpaid bills of the motel maneras told police that he’s a Texas syndicate gang member it’s a Texas based prison gang whose members have reportedly been hired from time to time to carry out contract killings for drug cartels I’m Neil Berg reporting for I news TV
