GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Abdelqadir Mahmoud, 33, of East Grand Forks, has been charged with felony theft for allegedly stealing a Mini Cooper from a Grand Forks Walmart parking lot. According to court documents, Mahmoud was caught on surveillance video in May, getting behind the wheel of the running vehicle. Despite being identified soon after the incident, he was recently arrested and now faces serious charges.
