Duo Arrested in Relation to Grand Forks Overdose

EAST GRAND FORKS, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A couple is facing criminal drug charges in East Grand Forks in connection to a drug overdose in Grand Forks.
this pair scott fashion bauer and sarah stewart are each facing criminal drug charges in connection to an overdose in grand forks last friday according to court documents on august 28th east grand forks police and a u.s border patrol agent collected garbage outside sarah stewart’s residence at 1112 5th avenue northwest in east grand forks she was on pre-trial conditional release on another drug charge among things they found were a syringe and a burnt foil with heroin residue they also collected two receipts with the name scott fashion bower on them that led to a search warrant later in the day now later that same day police observed a male and female leave the residence and drive into grand forks a grand forks narcotics task officer was dispatched to a grand forks resident to investigate a possible drug overdose the female overdose victim stated she called scott fashion bower to get the heroin and he sent sarah to deliver it then later that night police watched the pair walking into the holiday gas station in east grand forks and after they left discovered heroin in a bathroom stall the pair was arrested while and a search warrant that had been issued earlier in the day was executed on the east grand forks residence police allegedly received seized paraphernalia scales baggies and items with suspected heroin and meth fashion bower stated to police he had been dating sarah stewart for two years he was a heroin user and on probation in north dakota he said they both sold sixty dollars worth of heroin earlier in the day to the grand forks overdose victim now each of them has been charged with felony sale of a controlled substance heroin and a felony possession of a controlled substance heroin i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
