- A 35-YEAR-OLD WOMAN WAS AWAKENED BY 25-YEAR-OLD DUNCAN IN HER BEDROOM, WHO WAS YANKING ON HER HAIR AND HAD NYLON OVER HIS HEAD. DUNCAN THREATENED THE VICTIM WITH A KNIFE AND FORCED PENILE/VAGINAL INTERCOURSE.
