DULUTH, Minn. (trfnews.i234.me) – Five people, including two children, were found dead in Duluth in an incident police are investigating as a murder-suicide.

Authorities have identified the deceased as Duluth residents: 47-year-old Erin Abramson and 15-year-old Jacob Nephew, both of whom were discovered with fatal gunshot wounds at a home in the 6000 block of Tacony Street. Additionally, 45-year-old Kathryn Nephew (Ramsland) and 7-year-old Oliver Nephew were found dead with similar injuries at a home in the 4400 block of West 6th Street.

The suspect, 46-year-old Anthony Nephew, was also located at this second address, appearing to have died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Investigators state that all individuals were acquainted and assure the public that there is no active threat to the community.
