Pennington County, MN (trfnews.i234.me)—On Tuesday, December 31, 2024, just before 11:00 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle incident at the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) post in Thief River Falls. Officers were dispatched following a report of a truck being struck in the parking lot, with the offending vehicle leaving the scene. Upon investigation, Sandra Hible, age 67, of Thief River Falls, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
