we have an update uh regarding an individual on a bicycle struck by a vehicle in grand forks just before 3 p.m on this thursday just talk with sergeant dvorak at the grand forks uh police department the victim was actually a 59 year old female who suffered minor injuries and was transported to altru hospital the driver of the vehicle was a stephanie williams of grand forks who was cited for failure to yield she was southbound on 5th street and turning west on dimers avenue when the bicycle rider was struck while in the crosswalk i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
