GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – In an eventful Friday night for law enforcement in Grand Forks, Andrew Summers found himself in hot water with the police on multiple occasions. According to Sergeant O’Neal, Summers, whose address is currently unknown, was first pulled over for driving under suspension. Later, around 10:00 p.m., Summers was stopped again on the 700 block of Theur Avenue. This time, he attempted to flee, leading police on a brief chase of just four blocks before he was apprehended.

Following his arrest, Summers now faces charges related to Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) in addition to the initial driving under suspension charge. Formal charges are expected to be filed shortly, with more details to follow.
