Grand Forks, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me) – A horrifying domestic violence and child neglect case has surfaced in Grand Forks, where Melissa B. Hilliard now faces felony and misdemeanor charges following a police investigation.

🚔 According to court documents, officers responded to a domestic violence call Sunday night and discovered a brutal scene inside the apartment.

💥 A female victim was found lying on the floor, bleeding from the forearm, face, and hair.

🚨 Most shocking of all—police later learned that a child had been living in the apartment with the pair.
