Death Toll Rises to Two in East Grand Forks Crash, Third Victim Discharged from Hospital

EAST GRAND FORKS, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A second victim of a June 17th head-on crash by East Grand Forks, Minnesota has died. His mother posted on facebook that Ethan Carsen died Sunday. Earlier, his passenger, Damien Powell died from his injuries. The driver of the second vehicle involved in the crash was released from the hospital.
news surrounding this head-on crash uh just north of east grand forks on highway 220 on june 17th just keeps getting worse uh the driver ethan carson 17 of grand forks has now also passed away and as we earlier reported his passenger 16 year old damian powell also passed away and i’m being told uh from several messages from inews viewers that the driver of the other vehicle 20 year old valentin mendoza of grand forks was released from the hospital we’ve reached out to mendoza and his mother for comment we’ve not heard back yet the patrol says a ford ranger driven by mendoza crossed the center line and crashed head-on into the vehicle driven by carson the patrol has not released any toxicology reports yet again both the driver and passenger of the envoy have now died from their injuries i’m neil carlson reporting for inews dot tv
