THIEF RIVER FALLS, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Authorities are investigating the death of a 31-year-old man, Jon David O’Keefe from Warren, Minnesota, who was found unresponsive at the Cenex Travel Plaza in Thief River Falls, Minnesota, on Friday afternoon.
At approximately 1:30 p.m., emergency services, including the Thief River Falls Police Department, Pennington County Sheriff’s Office, and Thief River Falls Ambulance, were dispatched to the scene after receiving a report of an employee who had collapsed. Employees at the travel plaza initiated CPR, and paramedics continued life-saving efforts upon their arrival. Unfortunately, O’Keefe was pronounced dead at the scene.
The circumstances surrounding O’Keefe’s death remain under investigation by local authorities.
