Deadly Confrontation: Officer-Involved Shooting at Crookston Homeless Shelter

CROOKSTON, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Neil Berg reporting with a breaking news update from Crookston, Minnesota. A suspect is dead following an officer-involved shooting at the Care and Share homeless shelter. Police Chief Darren Sellner confirmed that officers responded to a fight in progress at the shelter around 11:46 p.m. Sunday night. Upon arrival, officers encountered a man who was combative and not complying with verbal commands. After deploying less-lethal means unsuccessfully, an officer fired their handgun, striking the suspect.

Despite life-saving efforts, the man was pronounced dead at the scene. The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has been called in to investigate the incident, which remains active and ongoing. Authorities assure that this is an isolated incident with no further public safety concerns. The Crookston Police Department received support from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office, Minnesota State Patrol, East Grand Forks Police, and Crookston Area Ambulance during the event. You actually report News not all the crap we get from our local news networks, you actually go out and are a real reporter than these FAKE broadcaster's in the area that are just ACTOR'S reporting what their told and try look nice and they don't really care about the community only how they are perceived.
