FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Details are still emerging regarding Randall Duffy’s arrest in connection with the murder of Jody Campbell, which occurred on Saturday at a Fargo apartment building. As of Monday morning, formal charges are still pending.
Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute and found Campbell deceased. A review of court records reveals a troubled history between Duffy and Campbell. Duffy has an extensive criminal record, including delivery of meth in Bismarck in 2009, possession of heroin in Fargo in 2016, and a 2020 domestic incident involving Campbell. In that incident, Duffy pled guilty to interference with a telephone during an emergency call and disorderly conduct.
Campbell also had a criminal history, having been indicted in a 2010 federal case along with ten others for conspiracy to distribute meth in North Dakota and Minnesota.
