Crookston (trfnews.i234.me) — A Crookston woman is facing two felony counts of threats of violence after a reported incident involving juveniles.
Heather Elaine Gray, of Crookston, has been charged with two felony counts. The charges are threats of violence. Court documents describe an argument that happened on Dec. 17.
According to the report, Gray was in a vehicle with two juveniles. The documents say Gray was driving. One of the juveniles later told police that Gray made a threat during the dispute.
The juvenile told officers that Gray said she would crash the vehicle. The juvenile said Gray also said she would kill everyone inside. The documents say the juveniles reported being scared during the drive.
Records say Gray then drove fast. The juveniles said they feared they could be hurt. Court documents also state the argument continued during the ride.

The case remains in the court process. Charges are accusations. A person is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
