What Happened?
Pennington County authorities pulled over a vehicle for a traffic stop near First Street and Main Avenue. Kaiser, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was found to be in possession of multiple controlled substances.
According to the criminal complaint:
- Police discovered two amphetamine/dextroamphetamine capsules and a small baggie of methamphetamine.
- Psilocybin mushrooms and crushed blue pills were also found in a separate bag.
- A vial of a white substance was located on Kaiserโs person.
- The vial and crushed pills were secured for further testing to determine their contents.
Authorities confirmed that Kaiser has multiple prior convictions for drug possession, which elevated his charges to felony-level offenses.
Legal Consequences
Kaiser was immediately arrested and booked on the felony drug charges as well as a felony warrant out of Pennington County.
