* WHAT…Very cold wind chills as low as 40 below expected.

* WHERE…Portions of north central and northwest Minnesota and
northeast North Dakota.

* WHEN…From 9 PM this evening to 10 AM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 40 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…After a brief break this afternoon, hazardous
wind chills will return this evening.
