GRAND FORKS, N.D. (trfnews.i234.me) – On Thursday evening at approximately 9 p.m., Grand Forks Police responded to a report of an unresponsive male in the 100 block of Cherry Street. Upon arrival, officers found a 49-year-old man suffering from what were deemed suspicious injuries.
The victim was subsequently transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead by medical personnel.
Preliminary investigation suggests that the suspect and the deceased had prior knowledge of each other’s identities. However, no further details regarding their relationship have been disclosed at this time.
A person of interest has been identified in connection with the case; however, no official charges or arrests have been made as part of this report.
