Clay County (trfnews.i234.me) — Russell John Kreps, age 43, was arrested on February 26, 2025, by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office after multiple domestic-related charges were filed.

Kreps is accused of issuing threats to damage property while repeatedly violating a Domestic Abuse No Contact Order (DANCO), despite having two or more previous convictions for similar violations.
He is currently in custody awaiting further legal proceedings on multiple felony and gross misdemeanor counts.
