Clay County, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – A Fargo man is facing a felony drug charge in Clay County, Minnesota, after being caught with methamphetamine during a suspicious vehicle stop.
On May 27, 2025, Minnesota State Trooper B. Bauer attempted to stop a gray Pontiac with expired registration. The vehicle, driven by Paul Allen Davidson, attempted to evade police but was later found at an apartment complex in Moorhead.
Inside the vehicle was passenger Brandon James Garrison, 34, of Fargo. When asked to exit, Garrison initially resisted, then opened a headphone case containing a crystalline substance in plain view. The substance tested positive for methamphetamine and weighed approximately 0.6 grams.
Garrison has been charged with 5th Degree Drug Possession, a felony carrying up to 5 years in prison and a $10,000 fine under Minnesota Statute 152.025.2(1).
