Charges Elevated to Murder in East Grand Forks Crash That Claimed Lives of Two Boys
So this guy tries to commit suicide and kills two innocent people. this guy is a complete failure to the human race. He couldve put a gun in his mouth. He couldve jumped off the Kennedy bridge with a rope around his neck. I know people who have done both and succeded. Absolute complete failure.
Wow! If he has a good lawyer, the lawyer will claim Mendoza was in a mentally depressed state of mind and suicidal at the time of the accident, the cell message will back that up. Then the lawyer will get a pysch evaluation and say Mendoza is incapable of standing trial. He will sit in jail like Rodriques has for the last 15-20 years. I really hope this will finally brings closure to the boys' families. 😞💔
It's just terrible he took the life of 2 kids terrible since he was trying to end his own life and failed miserably he should have just went head on with a tree instead
