Charges Against Andre Wagner of Grand Forks Dismissed in Alleged “Christmas Week from Hell” Case

GRAND FORKS, NDAll charges against Andre Wagner of Grand Forks have been dismissed, clearing him of any wrongdoing after he was accused of making threatening statements during what was described as a “Christmas week from Hell.”

Wagner had originally faced:

  • Felony terrorizing charges
  • Misdemeanor harassment charges

The criminal complaint was based on allegations from a woman who claimed Wagner sent multiple threatening text messages between December 21st and 27th, 2024.

However, the State’s Attorney has now dismissed all charges, and Wagner has been cleared.


Wagner Speaks Out

Wagner responded to the case dismissal, claiming the woman who accused him was lying.

“She made the whole thing up,” Wagner said.

At this time, no charges have been filed against the woman for making the accusations.
