Thief River Falls (trfnews.i234.me) — A Thief River Falls woman is facing a misdemeanor theft charge following an incident that occurred just after noon on March 11, 2025.
According to a citation filed by Officer Brady Meunier of the Thief River Falls Police Department, Taran Jean Moen, 36, was involved in an incident at Walmart 1755 US Hwy 59 SE.
