Each week, federal immigration leaders highlight the “worst of the worst” when it comes to arrests for Operation Metro Surge. State officials say a number of these arrests aren’t the result of the operation. Instead, the ICE arrests came directly from state prisons. FOX 9’s Rob Olson has more.
