Complaint Alleges Alcohol Use

One juvenile told investigators that Kamrowski had been drinking Captain Morgan liquor while driving, according to the complaint.

Authorities later located Kamrowski at a nearby residence. Court documents say she showed signs of intoxication.

The complaint states she had poor balance and used a handrail to steady herself.

Officers also reported bloodshot, glassy eyes and a strong odor of alcohol.

Kamrowski allegedly said she did not remember what happened.

A preliminary breath test showed a blood alcohol concentration of .212, according to the complaint.

Kamrowski was later taken to the Leech Lake Law Enforcement Center.

After a breath test advisory was read, she agreed to testing. The complaint says the final breath test showed a .18 BAC.
