Cass County (trfnews.i234.me) — Hyrum Benjamin Barlow, age 32, has been arrested following a multi-agency operation involving the Cass County Sheriff’s Office, Dilworth Police Department, and Moorhead Police Department on February 27, 2025, at 4:32 AM.

Authorities allege that Barlow was involved in an identity theft scheme that resulted in over $1,000 in fraudulent credit activity, alongside property damage and a controlled substance-related DWI. Barlow also allegedly fled from police in a vehicle, leading to additional reckless driving charges.
He is currently in custody pending further court proceedings.
