BULLER’S CONDUCT FOR THIS CRIME WAS STALKING A WOMAN AROUND HER OFFICE BUILDING, AND FINALLY APPROACHING HER ON A COUPLE OF OCCASIONS. AFTER BULLER GOT SENTENCED, HE WAS ENGAGED IN THE SAME BEHAVIOR WITH DIFFERENT WOMEN WITHIN DAYS OF HIS CONVICTION.
