Breaking Update: Sheila Marie Olberg Charged with Felonies After Stabbing Incident in Red Lake County

RED LAKE FALLS, MN (trfnews.i234.me)Sheila Marie Olberg, a woman from Red Lake Falls, has been charged with three felonies following a stabbing incident on Wednesday. The charges include first-degree burglary with a dangerous weapon, first-degree burglary assault on property, and second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon.

According to court documents, the incident began when a male victim called law enforcement to report that Olberg had stabbed him with a knife. A sheriff’s deputy spotted two vehicles, one with Olberg and one with the male victim, leaving the scene. The male victim, found in a pickup truck, had a stab wound near his eye, though his actual eyeball was not damaged. He reported that Olberg had stolen meth from him and inflicted the wound.

Olberg showed law enforcement the knife used in the incident, explaining that she had caused the injury because the victim had been harassing her and that she was going to cut his tongue out.
