we’ve had a stabbing in Grand Forks on this Tuesday evening this is from sergeant callanan of the Grand Forks Police Department today Tuesday at 509 p.m officers dispatched to 1550 North 8th Street in regards to a stabbing that had just occurred upon arrival officers found an adult male who had been stabbed the victim and Witnesses said the man who had done the stabbing had left Alto ambulance at Grand Forks tire fire tended to the victim and he was transported to Altru officers located the suspect eldrie Lane age 48 of Grand Forks a couple blocks away he was arrested for aggravated assault and taken to the Grand Forks County correctional center the victim’s condition is unknown at this time no danger to the public and the victim knew the suspect anyone with any further information is asked to contact Grand Forks Police 701 787-8000 I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
