Neil Berg here in downtown east grand ports with an update on this uh fire at sicki’s garage at bar and restaurant in downtown a fire call was called in about 10 after 12 on this thursday at 1 o’clock they had it under control now at about 1 40 they’re mopping things up here’s uh everybody get out okay everybody’s out okay no injuries any idea of how this started or it’s under investigation okay and where was it between the ceiling and the roof here on the roof up on the roof you don’t know it was a air conditioning or heater we do not know okay and there’s apartments up there i take it yeah four apartments uh you know if there’s much water damage in the restaurant uh not much water damage in the restaurant a few of the apartments have a little bit of water damage uh we’re checking that out right now all right just what a restaurant owner wanted after cove here was more problems just what they don’t need yeah okay all right thanks for talking here you betcha so a fire call in the roof here above sicki’s garage in downtown east grand forks on this thursday a bit of water damage in the restaurant no one injured the cause of the fire remains under investigation i’m neal carlson reporting for eye news dot tv
