BREAKING: Aspiring Race Car Driver Incident in Grand Forks

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) We have an update regarding a wannabe race car driver case we told you about in Grand Forks last Saturday night. Authorities haven’t filed charges yet, but we have new details.
we have an update regarding a story we brought you last saturday evening regarding a wannabe race car driver at the grand forks county fairgrounds on saturday it was reported to 911 that a pickup was doing laps on the racetrack here now either on the way into or out of the fairgrounds a vehicle drove through the fence surrounding the fairgrounds and a short time later the sheriff’s department impounded this pickup in the parking lot of the nearby bun lounge the sheriff’s department has now confirmed the pickup belonged to 23 year old aaron hapka of argyle minnesota at this point hapka has not been charged with anything connected to the incident at the fairgrounds but he was charged this week with a violation of a harassment restraining order in warren minnesota according to court documents on may 24th he allegedly went into an insurance agency in warren and asked the owner for a job however the owner of that agency had a harassment restraining order in place against hapka hapka has pled not guilty to that charge and the grant for sheriff’s department says we could see charges in the racetrack case on tuesday i’m Neil Berg reporting for eye news dot tv
