Officers were called after a report of property damage. The caller also reported that a man had barricaded himself in a bedroom. Police went to the home and started an investigation.
Charging documents say Hoffman was the man in the bedroom. The complaint says the incident involved a domestic situation. Investigators say a reported victim described an assault and threats.
Authorities have not released the names of other people involved. TRF News is not naming the reported victim. Court records did not list public details about injuries.
