Body discovered in the Red River at Grand Forks has been identified

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Grand Forks Police have identified a body found in the Red River by the pedestrian bridge at Riverside Park Saturday evening.
we have an update regarding that body found in the red river by the pedestrian bridge at riverside park saturday evening grand forks police now say the male victim has been identified as year old jacob lasley of red lake minnesota there were no obvious signs of trauma to leslie however the investigation is ongoing and cause of death has not yet been determined lastly was reported missing on april 17th based on the investigation timeline investigators believe lastly was the subject in the red river on april 8th that initiated a search response by the grand forks sheriff’s water rescue operations team and grand forks fire departments along with other multiple entities anyone with information is encouraged to contact the grand forks police department again the victim body pulled from the red river in grand forks saturday evening identified as 32 year old jacob lasley of red lake minnesota i’m neil carlson reporting for inews dot tv

  1. Im sad for your families loss. Like most people wondering why would he try swimming across the river in the freezing cold water? Why not go towards the Point Bridge to the East Side? Nobody will ever know why or what he was thinking. May he fly high and your family find peace. 🙏
